摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an economic electromagnetic wave shielding window using jointly solar power generation and electromagnetic wave shielding. CONSTITUTION: A conductive window frame 8 is fitted to the circumferential edge of a plate glass 1 embedding a transmissive electrode-membrane-attached transmissive solar-cell-membrane body 2. A conductive membrane 3 is embedded in a position in the plate glass 1 opposed to the electrode membrane through a space to be connected in a high-frequency state but insulated in a direct- current state, and one end of the conductive membrane 3 is led to the peripheral surface of the plate glass 1. A conductive cushion material 5 is packed between the window frame 8 and peripheral surface of the plate glass 1 to connect the conductive membrane 3 electrically to the window frame 8. If desirable, the transmissive solar-cell membrane body 2 is formed of an amorphous silicon membrane, and preferably of a perforated amorphous silicon.

摘要： A ventilating device comprising a motor 14 for operating a fan 16, a switching means 13, a solar cell 11 for supplying electrical power to the motor 14 through the switching means 13, a capacitor 12, connected in parallel with the solar cell 11 for storing starting power in order to start the motor, and a controlling means 15 which is arranged to turn the switching means 13 ON when it is detected that the capacitor 12 is charged more than a predetermined amount. The electric power of the solar cell is stored initially in the capacitor 12. When the electric charge stored in the capacitor reaches a predetermined amount, the switching means is turned ON so that both the stored charge on the capacitor and the output of the solar cell can be supplied to the motor, whereupon the motor is started. The controlling means 15 may comprise a voltage comparator (15, Figs. 3A and 3B) and the transistor switch 15 may be replaced by a relay (15j, 13a).

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a photovoltage device to be provided with a texture effect keeping high in mechanical strength by a method wherein filler is mixed into not a first resin layer which serve as a substrate but a second resin layer formed on the first resin layer to make the surface of the second layer rugged. CONSTITUTION:A light transmitting and flexible first resin layer 3 serving as a substrate is formed on a support base 1, and a light transmitting and flexible second resin layer 4 whose surface is rugged by mixing filler into it is formed on the first resin layer 3. That is, filter is mixed into not the first resin layer 3 which serve as a substrate but the second resin layer formed on the first resin layer to make the surface of the second layer rugged. By this setup, even if the first resin layer 3 is separated off from the support base 1, the resin layer 3 is large enough in mechanical strength to serve as a substrate, and a texture effect can be obtained through the rugged surface of the second resin layer 4, so that a flexible photovoltage device high in photoelectric conversion efficiency can be obtained.
