摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a floor with high degree of accuracy by smoothing a concrete placed between a plurality of rails by a vibration beam, and placing and spreading a self-levelling material with high fluidity to solidify after a water impermeable coating material is applied to the surface of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing bars are arranged to a plurality of rails 1 in all directions, and concrete 7 is placed. A beam 9 is laid between the rails 1 and 1, and after the viration is applied to the concrete 7 from a vibrator 10 to smooth, it is finished with a mechanical trowel. A primer such as epoxy resin viscous fluid is applied thereon. Further, on top of that, a self-levelling material 15 using ceramic balloon with an average particle size of about 85mu and bulk specific gravity of 1.5 as aggregate is placed and spread. According to the constitution, the self-levelling material 15 is spread all over the floor, and high degree of horizontal accuracy can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A curing mat 1 body having a water permeable sheet 2 having micropores which pass moisture W but do not pass cement paste quality and aggregates G and S and a large number of projecting members 3 on the surface, is laid on a surface of placed ready-mixed concrete C. Next, an airtightness holding cover 7 is put on it, and the vicinity of the surface of the covered ready-mixed concrete C is made airtight. Inside air of the airtightness holding cover 7 is sucked by an intake air pipe 8 and a vacuum pump. Pressure is reduced from inside of the airtightness holding cover 7, and bleeding water W or the moisture W in the vicinity of a ready-mixed concrete surface is sucked up and raised to a surface of the ready-mixed concrete C. Next, these moisture W is removed by a moisture separating tank connected to the intake air pipe 8.
