The inner extremities of the roofing structures 2 in separated arrangement are aligned by the towers 4 and pushed up while they draw a locus in the form of circular arc round a fulcrum which is a hinge pin 3 at the outer extremities of the roofing structures 2, and thus execution of works is conducted while the horizontal control devices 9 perform the horizontal control to balance their resistance forces to the horizontal direction.
