    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation of a type corresponding to uneven land for an offshore wind power generator or the like, for eliminating the necessity of preparations for the seabed surface prior to installation of the foundation, enabling the foundation to be accurately installed irrespective of the unevenness of the seabed surface, and allowing the verticality of an upper structure to be easily corrected even if the foundation is tilted because of aged deterioration, resulting reduced number of the days needed for marine operation, etc. SOLUTION: The foundation 11 to be provided below the offshore wind power generator 1 comprises a weight portion 12 consisting of three weights 21 installed on the seabed surface and a foundation beam 22; a universal coupling 13 for connecting the center of the weight portion 12 to the lower portion of a main column 2; and a connector 16 having a length adjustment device 15 for connecting the upper surface of each weight 21 to the base part of the main column 2 via the universal coupling 14. The foundation 11 assembled above the ground is hoisted using a crane ship, is transported over the sea, and sunk in a predetermined installation site. Then the length adjustment device 15 is operated to adjust the length of the connector 16 to make the main column 2 vertical.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clogging in a circuit of pressure conveyance by a method wherein specific gravities of fibers and conveyance fluid are made equal when constructing a number of horizontal piles of fiber-reinforced soil mortar to the surface of a face, and separation and sink-and-float of the fibers are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A number of horizontal pits 9 are drilled with a drilling machine 1 to the surface 10 of a face in a tunnel in collapsible natural ground, and fiber- reinforced soil mortar is injected into the pits. Then, horizontal piles are constructed therewith to make the face self-sustainable when tunnel excavation is executed. An admixture made of concrete milk, water glass and vinylon fibers with a mixer 3 for hardening material and a mixer 4 for principal material is discharged at a specified ratio by a proportional discharge pump 5 and is injected from the front end of bits 8 into the pits. Hoses in small diameter larger than three times of maximum fiber length are used so that the fibers are not separated sink in or float on the conveyance fluid when being conveyed, and clogging arising from interwinement of the fibers in a circuit of pressure conveyance can be eliminated. Thereby, efficiency in execution of work can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a compact tile separation sensing device which is convenient to carry and simple to operate by introducing such a structure that a wall surface is strucken by a hammering mechanism and the obtained striking sonic pressure and the measurements about the repulsive force are compared with the reference values for judging by a judging device. CONSTITUTION:A hammer part 10 is provided with a striking mechanism 11 and a repulsive force sensor 12 and pressed by a sensor rod 14 to an applicable tile 2 on an exterior wall 1. The striking mechanism 11 is driven to strike the tile 2, and the generated sonic pressure is measured through a microphone 13, and the repulsive force is determined by the repulsive force sensor 12. A judging device 21 judges whether the sonic pressure is lower than the reference value, i.e., whether the tile 2 is in sound condition. If no, judging is made whether the measured repulsive force is greater than the reference value, i.e., the exfoliation has occurred in a deep place - the repulsive force with shallow exfoliation is smaller than that with deep exfoliation. The corresponding control signal is given through an indicator buzzer 22 and an indication lamp 23, which is lighted green, yellow, and red depending upon sound, shallow exfoliation, and deep exfoliation.
