    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a frame body having columns opposite to each other in the span direction and a beam disposed between the columns so as to form, for example, a gate shape, which includes sliding the constructed frame body in the span direction and fixing a column base to a fixing part at an installation position, such that the column base of the column to be fixed is not subject to a pull-out force during sliding for securing stability of the frame body (block) during sliding and that the column is installed in an original stress state when fixed at the fixing position after sliding.SOLUTION: A frame body 1 includes columns 2 and 3 opposite to each other and a beam 4 disposed between the columns 2 and 3, as fundamental elements. At least the column 3 which is at least one of the columns 2 and 3 opposed to each other of the frame body 1 is composed of column components 31 and 32 arranged in parallel with the span direction. In a state that the leg part of the column component 32 which is one of the column components subject to a vertical upward force in a fixed state at the installation position of the column 3 which is at least one of the columns is floated, the frame body 1 is slid while the columns 2 and 3 opposite to each other are left on tracks 5 and 5.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shear fracture of a reinforced concrete column by bonding a high- strength fiber reinforcement sheet attached with a mold-releasing paper sheet to the external surface of the reinforced concrete column other than a dry exterior wall attaching surface with both ends superposed, and then peeling the mold-releasing paper sheet. SOLUTION: High-strength fiber, for example, carbon fiber is impregnated with a curable resin such as epoxy resin, and is attached with a mold-releasing paper sheet to the reverse side of the fiber, thereby forming a high-strength fiber reinforcing sheet 5. At the time of construction, an adhesive of a crucible resin is applied to the bonding surface 4 of a reinforced concrete column 1 and the sheet 5 is wound by one turn around the column 1, inserted between the reverse side of the column 1 and the reverse side of a dry exterior wall 2, with the mold- releasing paper sheet positioned at the side of the dry exterior wall 2. In addition, the ends of the sheet 5 are superposed on top of each other and bonded to the bonding surface 4 of the column 1 other than the mounting surface for the exterior wall 2. Thereafter, the mold-releasing paper sheet is peeled from the sheet 5 and removed and, then, an adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the sheet 5. Furthermore, sheets 5 are sequentially bonded adjacently to the upper or lower side of the bonded sheet 5, thereby winding the sheet 5 around the column 1. As a result, the shear fracture of the column 1 can be prevented.
