摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a thermal pump air conditioning device having a function to store low cost heat as well as a function to take in fresh air with the simultaneous air conditioning by using the stored heat by parallelly connecting a heat storage tank with the indoor heat exchanger of a heat pump unit which comprises an outdoor heat exchanger and an indoor heat exchanger, and connecting the storage tank to the fresh air processing heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:The heat storage tank 13 is connected parallelly with the indoor heat exchanger 6 of the heat pump unit 50 that comprises the outdoor heat exchanger 3 and the indoor heat exchanger 6, and said storage tank 13 is connected to the fresh air processing heat exchanger 17. For the space heating operation, a four-way valve 2 is switched to reverse the refrigerant circulation cycle. For the nighttime heat storage the refrigerant gas entering into the heat storage coil 14 is condensed by exchanging heat with the water 15 in the heat storage tank 3 so as to heat the water 15, which stores heat in the form of hot water at about 45 deg.C. For the space heating during the daytime, such hot water is supplied to the fresh air processing heat exchanger 17 to heat the fresh air.

CONSTITUTION:A dustless chamber R is partitioned by a glass made partitioning wall 8. A wafer intake portion 9A of a device requiring a high cleaning degree such as a semiconductor manufacturing device 9 and a section R1 where an automatic transporting robot 10 are provided on the full surface of the ceiling with high efficiency particle arresting (HEPA) filters 1, and an air flow is sent from a supply chamber 2 to form a full surface laminar flow system. Also, a section R2 is partially provided at its ceiling with HEPA filters 1 and an air flow is sent from the supply chamber 2 to form a turbulent flow system. The full surface of the floor of each of sections R1 and R2 is of a grating structure 12 having shutters 13 with filters. The section R3 where the operator exists is provided partially with filters 1 and shutters 13. By this organization, the dustless chamber is constituted of the supply chamber 2 and a return chamber 3, and the change of the layout is facilitated and various expenses can be saved.

In accordance with the value of solar radiation sensed by a solar radiation sensor 9 or the variability with time of the value of solar radiation, a gas flow rate controller 8 outputs a command to a flow rate controlling valve 3, so that the degree of heating of refrigerant gas obtained by a heating quantity detector 7, consisting of a pressure detector 5 and a thermometer 6, provided to the gas intake pipe 10, is to be a constant value. With such an arrangement, the titled heat pump can be operated stably and efficiently.
