And a common core in which a rising means like an elevator or stairs is arranged, is provided in the space surrounded by the mutual vibration control planes of structure 3 and the boundary walls 1. Or the above space may be used as a common core in which a parking zone for cars and bicycles, a sky garden, a light court, or a trunk room is arranged.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and costlessly increase vibration-resistance, by constructing the boundary walls of an apartment house in which many houses with a short depth are connected mutually, to form a vibration-resistant structure and also constructing the structure in the girder direction to form a rigid structure and providing vibration-control planes of the structure by making use of the rigidity of the boundary wall of the houses. SOLUTION: The boundary walls 1 of houses in the beam direction αare chiefly constructed as vibration-resistant walls to have a large horizontal strength and lessen the vibration at an earthquake. A rigid structure 2 constituted of columns and beams is formed in the girder direction β. Further, vibration- control devices like a honeycomb damper system or an oil damper installed between houses are installed by making use of the rigidity of the boundary walls 1 at positions separated from the rigid structure 2. In this case, the vibration-control planes 3 of the structure are provided at every two floors, three floors or more floors to generate a larger relative story displacement and increase the vibration-control effect. In this way, the vibration-resistant capacity of an apartment house having a short depth can be increased.

In this structure, a top girder 3 overhangs in a condition in which it is separated from one side of a top of the core 1 or the outer peripheral frame or outer peripheral wall 2 to the other side. Next, a vibration damping device 4 is stretched between the top girder 3 and the outer peripheral frame or the outer peripheral wall 2 or the core 1 to connect both of them. Furthermore, a giant beam 5 is provided on a layer on a lower floor. Thus, it is possible to increase flexural rigidity of lower floor of the building and construct the high-rise building without increasing cross sectional area of the core 1 by constituting a super-rahmen by the core 1 and a column of the outer peripheral frame or the outer peripheral wall 2.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the pillars of a living room part by arranging structure cores constituting the main parts of a building structure on the periphery of shared facilities or equipment facilities. CONSTITUTION:Shared facilities such as elevator shafts 1 or staircases 3 and equipment facilities such as an air conditioner room 4 or duct spaces 5 are arranged on the center part or the end part of a building, and structure cores 7 constituting the main parts of a structure are arranged on the periphery of the shared facilities and the equipment facilities. The shape and position of the structure core 7 are not limited into a specified shape if a wall quantity over a certain quantity can be insured in each direction of squarely crossing, for example a cylindrical shape can do. The plane figure, the arrangement, and the like are determined according to arrangement and the like of various shared facilities and equipment facilities. Hereby, the structure cores positively arranged on the periphery of the shared facilities and the equipment facilities constitute the main parts of a building structure, and hence pillars of a living room part can be remarkably reduced so as to insure a large living room with no pillar.

    • PURPOSE: To change a building into a multistoried one by installing a beam to a required floor of a lower layer, composing a rigid framework of a core and an outer circumferential frame or the column of an outer circumferential wall or constituting the rigid framework only of the outer circumferential frame and forming an upper layer floor only in the core and the outer circumferential frame or the outer circumferential wall. CONSTITUTION: A top girder 3 overhangs the core 1 side on the top section of a core 1 and an outer circumferential frame or the columns 2 of an outer circumferential wall, and the top girder 3 and the outer circumferential frame or the columns 2 of the outer circumferential wall are joined through earthquake damping devices 4. Beams 5 are arranged on required floors in the lower layers of a building, and joined rigidly with the outer circumferential frame or the columns 2 mounted on the outer circumferential wall of the building and a rigid framework 6 is constructed. Accordingly, the building can be changed into a multistoried one without spreading the cross section of the core 1. Or the rigid framework is formed only of the outer circumferential frame 2, and the rigidity of the foot of the building is increased.
