A joint part between a concrete part 11 of the first precast member 1 and a concrete part 21 of the second precast member 2 is filled with a joint filler 5. The cap 14 is formed from a flexible member which is compressed and deformed by contact with the precast members, mounted to a joint bar 13 protruding from the concrete part of the first precast member 2, and is positioned in the joint filler 5.

      SOLUTION: A shield frame member 24 comprises a receiving face 45f extending along its longitudinal direction. A panel press member 50 is arranged so as to extend along the receiving face 45f, for pressing an outer peripheral part of a shield panel 22 to the receiving face 45f. The shield frame member 24 has a fitting groove 24c for holding a fastener so that a fastening force can act in a direction substantially perpendicular to the receiving face 45f. The panel press member 50 has a lateral part 50a and a vertical part 50b, and is formed in an L letter shape in cross section. The lateral part 50a is fastened to the shield frame member 24 by the fastener held by the fitting groove 24c, and presses the shield panel 22 by the vertical part 50b.

The side face support point 6 of the lifting-up material body B side is formed lower than the side face support point 7, and the overturning moment by the material body B is replaced to horizontal couple of forces (compression force).
