    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to insert a steel plate into a concrete force inlet and smoothen a finished surface by connecting to an intermediate part by way of a steel plate extrusion pipe and extruding concrete remaining in the pipe and the steel plate to the side of a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:After concrete is injected with force, a concrete force-in pipe 3 is closed and an insertion hardware 6 to be housed in a steel plate extrusion pipe 2 is extruded with an arm of a jack 4. Then, the movement of the insertion hardware 6 is halted at the position at which a backing is located when it is welded and a small amount of concrete remaining in the extrusion pipe 2 is extruded into a steel pipe 1. After the insertion hardware 6 is inserted into a concrete force-in port, a presser hardware 5 is extruded thereinto, thereby fixing an insertion steel plate 6A. Then, the concrete is cured, the steel plate extrusion steel pipe 2 is removed from the steel pipe 1 while a guide steel plate 6B and an elastic body 6C and a reinforcing board are removed from the insertion hardware 6, but only the extrusion steel plate 6A is arranged to remain. The peripheral surface of the insertion steel plate is welded with the end face of the concrete force-in port, thereby completing this work.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the extent of bearing force in a joint consisting of a reinforced concrete pole and a steel frame beam and simultaneously improve the assembling operability and workability. CONSTITUTION:A section in a joint of a reinforced concrete construction pole 1 is formed by a steel pipe concrete construction from a steel pipe 21 and concrete 22 being filled up in the inner part and main reinforcing steel 11 being arranged in succession to a general part pole 1, and each bolt 5 piercing through each split Y fitting 5 connected to respective ends of steel frame beams 3 is screwed in each reinforced fitting 4 inscribing the steel pipe 21, thereby connecting the steel frame beams 3 to the pole 1. Since the section of the joint of the pole 1 is of steel pipe concrete construction, bearing force in the joint is high enough as well as since the steel frame beams 3 are connected to the pole 1 through these bolts, assembling operability is heightened. In addition, as the reinforced fittings 4 for joining the steel frame beams 3 are inscribed with the steel pipe 21, an inner structure of this steel pipe 21 is simplified, so that workability is heightened too.
