摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively remove foam substance by forming the lower part of the foam stop body opposed to the upstream of flowing water on the side of the foam receiving surface thereof to a water current running-on slope to moor the same on the way of a water channel in the lateral direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:The foam substance B flowing down through a water channel WL while floating on the surface of flowing water W is prevented from flowing down by the rectangular foam stop body 20 floating on the surface of the flowing water on the way of the water channel to be removed thereby. At this time, the lower part of the foam stop body 10 opposed to the upstream of the flowing water on the side of the foam receiving surface thereof is formed to a water current running-on slope 20 and moored on the way of the water channel over the lateral direction thereof to receive the foam substance. By this simple constitution, the removal if the foam substance can be effectively realized. Especially, since the foam stop body is composed of a lightweight body floating on the surface of the flowing water, the foam substance floating on the surface of the flowing water to flow down can be effectively collected and removed without obstructing the water current.

In case where the direction of the flow 15 is changed and the axial line 16 of the blade 2 has a deflection angle 19, a lifting component occurs for the fluid force 18 and the blade 2 is turned around the structure 1 in the turning direction 21.

Besides, the corrugated shape 4 is determined in accordance with the shape of the structure 1, and if it is cylindrical, corrugation is formed in a concentric circle form from the outer periphery of a bottom surface toward its center, and the central part is a flat surface part 6 without the corrugated shape 4. Moreover, pitch or height of the corrugated shape 4 is selected as necessary to adjust sliding resistance force. Next, the structure is towed to be sunk into a seabed site. Thus, it is possible to minimize slipping into the ground, inclination of the structure 1 itself, and rotation force if sliding is caused due to wave force, thus making installation work into the seabed easy.

CONSTITUTION:Position, slant, and focusing distance of two fixed cameras 9 are determined by image coordinates (x1j, y1j, x2j, y2j, j=1,2,3,4) of four targets on screens 101 and 102 of two cameras 9 for four targets whose position is known. A position (X, Y, Z) of a mark 3 is obtained from image coordinates (x1, y1, x2, y2) of the mark 3 on two camera screens 101 and 102 for the target 3 which is fixed to a swinging object 1. Then, a displacement of the swinging object 1 is calculated from fluctuation of the mark image coordinates (x1, y1, x2, y2) on the screens 101 and 102. Thus, since the displacement of the swinging object is calculated from fluctuation of the image coordinates of the mark, the displacement of the swinging object can be measured without any contact and continuously.
