摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive air supply and exhaust device for a kitchen with a simple structure which does not exert an influence on the air-conditioning of the kitchen, not generate an uncomfortable air flow for a cook in the kitchen, not put out the flame of a gas range and does not diffuse fine grains of oil, etc., to surroundings. SOLUTION: A floor plate 21 is removed and an air inlet port 4 is formed in an air flow passage 2 with no bottom plate formed in the interior of a housing part in a range base 1. An air flow space 26 above the housing part in the range base communicates with the air flow passage 2. Many air outlet holes 8 communicating with the air flow space are provided on three sides on the peripheries of both the side surfaces and the wall side surface of a mount face of a gas range 7 7 on the range base and air outlet ports 9 are provided in the front face plate plate of the range base. Air sucked from an underfloor is supplied from the air outlet ports 8 and the air outlet ports 9 only by the operation of an exhaust fan 10 in an exhaust duct 16 communicating with an exterior and a rectifying plate 15 provided on a wall surface. Thus, an air curtain formed on the front surface surface, both the side surfaces and the wall surface above the range base surround smoke or the like generated from the gas range 7 in a kitchen to guide it an exhaust port 19 and exhaust it to the exterior.
