    • The heat of garbage on incineration and solar heat can be effectively used to produce sterilized hot water economically. A sterilized hot-water generator (1) is built up of upper (2), intermediate (9) and lower tanks (12), which are in communication with each other. The lower tank includes a combustion chamber (13) which is in communication with heating chambers (3,10) housed centrally within the upper and intermediate tanks. A solar waterheater (32) is attached to the front side of the sterilized hot-water generator. A sterilizer (33) is located inside the heating chambers of the upper and intermediate tanks to sterilize the hot water from the upper tank by heat. A fume removing tank (43) is provided to dissolve in water fumes generated during combustion, and gases leaving the fume removing tank are fed to a tank (47) where they are reduced to oxygen by plants, which is then released into the atmosphere.

    • The present invention provides a water piping system wherein when the temperature of the water drops, the water is completely drawn out of the hose, thereby preventing a water pipe from rupturing or cracking in the wintertime.
      The water pipe including a reducing valve (3) which is at a position higher than a waterstop valve (2) is connected with a hose (5) through a first electromagnetic valve (4). The required number of second electromagnetic valves (7) are located intermediate on the hose. When the ambient temperature has dropped to a predetermined temperature, a heater means associated with said second electromagnetic valves (7) is actuated, and when the ambient temperature rises, said heating means stop heating.

    • The present invention provides a water piping system wherein when a predetermined time elapses after the flow of the water in a hose (5) has stopped, the water is drawn out of the hose, thereby preventing proliferation of various bacteria in the water standing stagnant in the hose and when the temperature of the water drops, the water is completely drawn out of the hose, thereby preventing a water pipe from rupturing or cracking in the wintertime.
      The water pipe (1) including a reducing valve (3) which is at a position higher than a waterstop valve (2) is connected with a hose (5) through a first electromagnetic valve (4). The required number of second electromagnetic valves (7) are located intermediate on the hose. When a predetermined time elapses after the flow of the water through the hose has stopped, the first valve is temporalily closed while the second valves are opened. When a water-temperature sensor incorporated into one of the second valves senses that the temperature of the water has dropped to a predetermined lever, the first valve is closed while the second valves are put open.
