摘要： A camera module includes an image sensor, a first lens, a second lens and a beam splitting and combining component. The beam splitting and combining component is disposed between the first lens, the second lens and the image sensor. The first lens is suitable for imaging a first light beam of a first object onto the image sensor, while the second lens is suitable for imaging a second light beam of a second object onto the image sensor. In addition, both the first light beam and the second light beam are imaging onto the image sensor through the beam splitting and combining component. Therefore, the camera module is able to provide a two-way image-capturing function.

摘要： An optical projection apparatus includes an illumination system, a projection lens unit, a reflective light valve, a first beam breaker and a second beam breaker. A light beam is provided by the illumination system. The projection lens unit and the reflective light valve are disposed on the transmission path of the light beam, and the reflective light valve is disposed between the illumination system and the projection lens unit. The first beam breaker and the second beam breaker are used to cut into the transmission path of the light beam from different directions to block a part of the light beam, and part of the light beam passes through the first beam breaker and the second beam breaker. The darker image projected by the optical projection apparatus has higher contrast and better uniformity.

摘要： An ESD protection device with thicker polysilicon film, an electronic apparatus having the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The ESD protection device can be a diode or a MOS transistor with a thicker polysilicon film employed in an ESD protection circuit to protect an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a substrate having a device area and an ESD protection circuit area. A first polysilicon film of a first thickness is formed on the device area of the substrate, so as to form an electronic device. A second polysilicon film of a second thickness is formed on the ESD protection circuit area, so as to form an ESD protection device. The second thickness, which is preferably about in the range of 100 to 500 nanometers, is thicker than the first thickness.
