The lug comprises a pair of outwardly protruding legs set apart in the lengthwise direction of the band, and a main section connecting the upper ends of the legs and plastically bent in such a way that the portion, which is the center as viewed in the widthwise direction, protrudes inwardly, and both end portions protrude outwardly.
