    • A driving circuit capable of decreasing an error of a gray level voltage without affecting a voltage drop when a gray level signal of a D/A converter is generated in an analog switch, and an organic electroluminescence display using the same. The driving circuit includes first and second switch units to select respective first and second reference voltages to correspond to a data signal; a resistor including a plurality of resistor arrays to receive and distribute the first and second reference voltages by utilization of at least two resistances to generate a gray level voltage; a third switch unit to select one resistor array out of the plurality of arrays to correspond to the data signal and to transmit the first and second reference voltages to the selected resistor array; and a fourth switch unit to output the gray level voltage, generated by the resistor array, to correspond to the data signal.

    • Embodiments of a charge pumping circuit insensitive to change in the threshold voltage of a transistor and a direct current converting apparatus employing the charge pumping circuit are disclosed. One embodiment of the charge pumping circuit comprises a source transistor configured to receive and output an input voltage in accordance with a clock signal, a driver configured to drive the source transistor using the input voltage, the first clock signal, and a second clock signal different from the first clock signal, and a voltage pumping unit configured to increase the source transistor output voltage from the source transistor in stages in accordance with the first and second clock signals. The charge pumping circuit may be employed in a direct current converting circuit so that it is insensitive to the threshold voltage of a transistor.

    • A data driver capable of generating data signals with desired voltage values. The data driver includes a first digital-analog converter including a plurality of first switches, the first digital-analog converter selecting two reference voltages from among a plurality of reference voltages by turning on two of the first switches corresponding to high level bits of data; and a second digital-analog converter for dividing the two reference voltages into a plurality of voltages and for supplying any one of the two reference voltages and the divided voltages corresponding to low level bits of the data as a data signal to an output terminal, wherein the second digital-analog converter includes a transistor turned on by a bias voltage to compensate for a turn-on resistance of the two of the first switches.

    • An organic electroluminescence display capable of reducing a size of a data driving unit by decreasing an area of a D/A converter, and a driving circuit thereof. The data driving unit includes a first decoder to generate a first selection signal to correspond to a data signal; a first switch unit to receive first voltages and second voltages and to select one of the first voltages or the second voltages to correspond to the data signal; a second switch unit to select first and second reference voltages from the selected first or second voltages in response to the first selection signal; a second decoder to generate a second selection signal to correspond to the data signal; and a grey level voltage generating unit to receive and distribute the first and second reference voltages, selected by the switch units, to generate grey level voltages and to select and output one grey level voltage to correspond to the second selection signal.

    • A data driving circuit for displaying uniform images, a light emitting display device using the same, a driving method thereof. The data driving circuit includes a holding latch part including a plurality of holding latches for storing data, a signal generation part including a plurality of digital-analog converters for receiving the data and for generating data signals, a first switching part located between the holding latch part and the signal generation part, and a second switching part electrically connected to the signal generation part, the second switching part being for transmitting the data signals to data lines, wherein the first switching part electrically connects the respective holding latches to the respective digital-analog converters differently during a previous frame than during a current frame. As such, the data driving circuit may diffuse errors of the digital-analog converters to display uniform images.
