    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition film having high load resistance together with lubricity in a balanced manner. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition coating material for forming the high-load-resistant lubricating coated film is obtained by dispersing a solid lubricant composed of a mixture of molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) having a weight ratio of from 5:95 to 70:30 so that the weight ratio between the electrodeposition coating resin solid content to the solid lubricant is from 95:5 to 50:50. A method for forming the lubricating coated film exhibiting wear resistance under high load conditions is characterized in that the electrodeposition coating material is electrodeposited on a base material.
