    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof floor capable of effectively isolating vibration over a wide range of frequencies.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof floor structure is composed of a floor base 5a of a structure, a vibration-proof material 1 laid on the floor base, and a face material 5b such as concrete floor disposed on the vibration-proof material 1. The vibration-proof material 1 includes at least one sheet of a synthetic resin foam flat plate part 2 and a plurality of synthetic resin foam protrusions 3a and 3b arranged on the plate face of the flat plate part 2. The foam protrusions 3a and 3b include a first type of protrusion 3a which is disposed on the upper plate face of the flat plate part 2 and a second type of protrusion 3b which is disposed on the lower plate face of the flat plate part 2. The foam protrusions 3a and 3b are arranged on the plate faces of the flat plate part 2 such that the position of the upper plate face of the flat plate part 2 on which the first type of foam protrusion 3a is disposed and the position of the lower plate face of the flat plate part 2 on which the second type of foam protrusion 3b is disposed are different, and the areas and the like of the foam protrusions 3a and 3b and the flat plate part 2 are designed to satisfy a predetermined relation.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize a support function by a method wherein a steel shell caisson is placed on a template extending through a foundation pile, and a gasket of a polyorefin resin foam is located between the template and the caisson. CONSTITUTION:A square boxform steel shell caisson 3 is placed on a square plateform template 1, sunk on a water bottom, in a manner to surround foundation piles 2... driven in the respective holes of the template 1. Concrete is placed on the bottom part, the wall parts, and the top part of the steel shell caisson 3 to build a bottom plate 4, a peripheral wall 5, a partition wall 6, and an upper floor beam 7. A square latticeform gasket 8 of a polyorefin resin foam is adhered to the under surface of the steel steel caisson 3 throughout the outer periphery and around the peripheries of the engaging parts of the foundation piles 2... to seal a gap between the caisson and the upper surface of the template 1. This structure enables sharp reduction of production of a non-plane between the template 1 and the steel shell caisson 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight factory-producible vibration-proof material, which is executed simply and cost of which is reduced, by bonding a board material, in which holes in different size are formed at the same places, with a synthetic-resin foam, to which a plurality of holes are formed, and inserting vibration-proof rubbers into these holes. SOLUTION: A board material 4, in which through-holes 42 are formed so that the places of the through-holes 42 coincide with through-holes 43 when an outer circumference 31 and an outer circumference 41 are displaced and superposed and which has thickness t1 , is laminated on a foam 3, in which the through-holes 34 in a specified size are formed at specified places and which has a thickness t2 , by an adhesive or a method such as heat fusion. Vibration-proof rubbers 2, in which the diameters of the sections of the thickness t2 of lower sections from shoulder sections 21a are represented by (a) and the diameters of the sections of the thickness t1 of upper sections by (b), are fitted to the laminate of the foam 3 and the board material 4 so that sections upper than the shoulder sections 21a are inserted into the through-holes 42 and sections lower than the shoulder sections 21a are inserted into the through-holes 34, thus acquiring a vibration-proof material 1. The vibration-proof material 1 is laid on a foundation floor 8 while the board material 4 side is placed as a top face, and a concrete layer is installed on the board material 4. Accordingly, cost is reduced, and an excellent vibration-proof effect to vibrations having low frequency is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of water droplets from a ceiling of a concrete curing chamber by attaching a ceiling lined panel in which waterproof ventilating films are accumulated on one face of a foaming body between a ceiling plate of the curing chamber and it at an interval. SOLUTION: A ceiling lined panel 1 for concrete curing chamber formed by accumulating waterproof ventilating films 3 on one face of a thermoplastic resin foaming body 2 having a cavity rate of a cavity communicated with front and rear of 2% or more and density of 0.01 to 0.2g/m is used. When steam is introduced into the curing chamber, it passes the cavity in the resin foaming body 2 and the water proof ventilating film 3 and reaches a cavity 10 between the ceiling lined panel 1 and a ceiling member 7. Since temperature of the ceiling member 7 is low in the cavity 10, steam is dew-condensed on an indoor face side of the ceiling member 7, becomes water droplets, and drops on the moistureproof ventilating film 3 of the ceiling lined panel 1. It flows toward an end which is lower along inclination provided on the ceiling lined panel 1, drops through a through hole 5 for drain close to a wall on an indoor side, and does not drop on a surface of a concrete product which is being cured.
