    • An apparatus to provide digital broadcasting data using a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) includes: a digital broadcasting processor adapted to receive, demodulate, decode, and output multi-channel digital broadcasting data; a transcoder adapted to receive the demodulated digital broadcasting data from the digital broadcasting processor, to convert the digital broadcasting data into a format transmittable over a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), and to output the converted digital broadcasting data; and a WLAN processor adapted to transmit the converted digital broadcasting data to a wireless terminal device connected to the WLAN. The method includes: establishing a session using a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) between the multi-channel broadcasting receiver and a wireless terminal device, the wireless terminal device being connected to the multi-channel broadcasting receiver via the WLAN, in response to a wireless terminal device's request; converting the digital broadcasting data received by the multi-channel broadcasting receiver into a format transmittable via the WLAN in response to a digital broadcasting service request from the wireless terminal device; and transmitting the converted digital broadcasting data to the wireless terminal device via the WLAN.

    • A home network system and a control method thereof. A user with a mobile station at a remote location can control a home robot and monitor security conditions and home appliance conditions at a house via a wireless network. In the home network system, the mobile station is adapted to transmit a control request message for the remote control of the home robot and monitoring-request messages for the monitoring at a house via a first network, and receive control result information related to the home robot control and monitoring information via the first network for display. A server is adapted to analyze the request messages received from the mobile station via the first network, transmit a corresponding request message to the home robot via a second network, and receive the control result information and the monitoring information from the home robot via the second network to transmit to the mobile station.

    • Disclosed is a method for preventing mutual interference between wireless communication channels in a wireless communication system that includes at least one station, at least one AP connected to said at least one station, and a server. The method includes periodically checking by each AP wireless communication connection information on wireless communication setup with said at least one station; receiving by the server the wireless communication connection information from said at least one AP; analyzing by the server the received wireless communication connection information, determining if there exist an AP and stations connected to the AP, and generating a setup change message; transmitting by the server the generated setup change message to the AP and the stations; and receiving by the AP and the stations connected to the AP the setup change message, and changing the wireless communication setup based on the setup change message.

    • A nonvolatile memory device may include a substrate having a cell region, and a cell device isolation layer on the cell region of the substrate to define a cell active region. A floating gate may include a lower floating gate and an upper floating gate sequentially stacked on the cell active region, and a tunnel insulation pattern may be between the floating gate and the cell active region. A control gate electrode may be on the floating gate, and a blocking insulation pattern may be between the control gate electrode and the floating gate. More particularly, the upper floating gate may include a flat portion on the lower floating gate and a pair of wall portions extending upward from both edges of the flat portion adjacent to the cell device isolation layer. Moreover, a width of an upper portion of a space surrounded by the flat portion and the pair of wall portions may be larger than a width of a lower portion of the space. Related methods are also discussed.
