摘要： A method of transmitting/receiving a packet using a hybrid automatic repeat request in the mobile communication system is disclosed. The packet data transmitting method includes transmitting at least one sub packet divided from plurality of encoded packets generated by repeating a bit stream that is made by encoding information desired to be transmitted with ⅕ rate turbo encoder, and transmission start point information of the sub packet through the sub packet identifier field on the accompanying control channel.

摘要： Disclosed in a mobile communication system, and more particularly a method of re-transmitting data through a reverse link in a packet data system using ARQ (automatic repeat request) and a packet transmitting method and apparatus by which transmission efficiency is enhanced. The present invention discloses a method for re-transmitting data through a reverse link in Packet Data communication system using automatic repeat request (ARQ) adjusting data retransmission energy to be reduced at a predetermined ratio of one receiving energy for an initial data transmission to other receiving energy for a data re-transmission. The present invention also discloses a hybrid automatic repeat request system for packet transmission in which separate traffic-to-pilot power ratios are assigned to sub-packets when transmitting the sub-packets formed from one packet.

摘要： A code combining soft handoff method is disclosed. A mobile terminal measures a strength of respective pilot signals received from a plurality of base stations. If the strength of the received pilot signal is higher than a given value, a base station controller allocates a new code pattern to the corresponding base station to additionally receive a signal from the base station. If the strength of the received pilot signal is lower than the specified value, it drops a signal of the corresponding base station. The mobile terminal and the base station change the code pattern of one of the signals from the two base stations into a code pattern different from the code pattern of the other signal.

摘要： A flexible data rate matching method in a 3GPP2 system is disclosed that supports flexible data rate repetition on a physical layer of synchronous cdma2000 in an interleaving process. The process includes repeating bits of a channel encoded bitstream with one of a plurality of repetition factors, for matching a length of a repeated bitstream to an interleaving depth, or alternatively, fixing an index of an offset bit, where bit repetition of the channel encoded bitstream is started therefrom, for making the repetition pattern of the channel encoded bitstream to be a desired bit repetition pattern, fixing a repetition factor according to an initial parameter defined by the index of a fixed offset bit, repeating a bit of relevant index, and updating the initial parameter according to the fixed repetition factor, and repeating a process of fixing the repetition factor of a next bit according to the updated initial parameter, repeating the next bit, and re-updating the updated initial parameter, for matching a length of the repeated bitstream to the interleaving depth.

摘要： A projection type display optical system is provided to resolve problems of keystone distortion, and to improve illumination efficiency and contrast uniformity of an image. The projection type display optical system includes: a light source; DMD as an image display means to which an emitting light ray from the light source is irradiated; and an illumination unit installed in between the light source and the image display means, and comprising: a rod lens operating as an optical device for unifying the brightness distribution of an incident light ray from the light source and emitting the brightness unified light ray; a first lens for transmitting the emitted light ray by the rod lens; a second lens on which the transmitted light ray from the first lens incidents; and a projection part for magnifying and projecting an image formed on the image display means onto a screen, wherein the first and second lenses are set in such a manner that an optical axis of the second lens and an optical axis of the first lens do not coincide with each other, whereby a surface image that is formed when an emitted surface of the rod lens transmits the first and second lens groups is not inclined to the surface of the image display means.
