In one embodiment, the system involves (a) providing the name of at least one medical professional or medical professional's office or practice for consultation by participants and, if applicable, for writing orders for food products for participants; (b) providing controlled access to a supply of food products; and (c) providing the food products to the participants. The food products can be supplied in any suitable manner. Suitable manners of providing a supply of food products include, but are not limited to providing the food products at retail outlets, such as stores that have pharmacies, and drug stores, or through a website.

A portion of the quantity comprises a web material having a first side and a second side. The first side comprises an adhesive. The second side is releasably joined to a release liner material. The first side of a first portion of the surface covering laminate is disposed in contact with a target surface. The first side of a second portion is disposed in contact with the target surface. At least a part of the second portion overlaps a part of the release liner of the first portion. The release liner is removed from the second portion. The release liner is removed from the first portion of the surface covering laminate together with that part of the second portion which overlaps the first portion.

摘要： An embossed paper laminate having two laminae is provided. The laminae are joined such that there is at least one zone of the laminate wherein the peel strength of the laminate in that zone is greater than the peel strength of the laminate in other zones of the laminated paper product. The laminate is made by two close tolerance pattern rolls juxtaposed to form a nip. Each pattern roll has radially extending protuberances which contact the periphery of the other pattern roll intermediate its protuberances. The laminae are fed through the nip in face-to-face relationship and are embossed and adhesively joined to the other lamina by the radially extending protuberances. The laminating adhesive is supplied to the various zones of the laminated paper product at a level that is appropriate for providing the requisite peel strength for that zone.

The applicator is bi-positionable, having a first position where the sheet material is spaced apart from the substrate and a second position where the sheet material contacts the substrate. Additionally or alternatively, the applicator may be provided with a control bar. In the first position, the control bar contacts a portion of the sheet material such as its free end. This minimizes the chance of the sheet material prematurely contacting the substrate. In the second position, the sheet material is disengaged from the control bar for application to the substrate. The applicator and sheet material may be provided together in a kit.
