The wiper part unit comprises a deformable wiper, a neck part, and an adjustment sleeve accessible from the outside. The wiper is disposed between the container opening and the neck part. The adjustment sleeve encloses the container opening, the wiper and, partially, the neck part. The adjustment sleeve is rotatably mounted on the neck part as well as on the storage container, so that an axial distance between the container opening and the neck part, an axial dimension of the wiper, and a surface area of a wiper opening of the wiper can be altered by a rotational movement of the adjustment sleeve.
