摘要： The claimed subject matter provides a system and/or a method that facilitates connectivity within a peer-to-peer networking environment. A client can transmit a request to connect with a host for peer-to-peer networking. A server can generate a list that includes at least one host that matches the request from the client. A predictor engine can reduce the list by at least one matched host based upon a predictor, wherein the predictor is at least one of an Internet Protocol history predictor, a prefix history predictor, or a geography predictor.

In order to provide highly relevant advertisements to mobile users, next visit place is predicted through a probabilistic reasoning technique based on the collected visit place history, and an advertisement to be provided is selected based on the predicted next visit place. Since the advertisement is selectively provided according to the next visit place predicted based on a visit place history of an advertisement receiver, it is possible to increase an advertisement effect.

摘要： Provided are a heat radiation board and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a heat radiation board formed using electro-deposition coating, in which a circuit is formed by forming a first insulating layer through anodizing and forming a second insulating layer through electro-deposition coating, and a method of manufacturing the same.The method of manufacturing the heat radiation board using electro-deposition coating includes preparing a metal core, forming a first insulating layer on the metal core by anodizing, forming a second insulating layer on the metal core, on which the first insulating layer is formed, by the electro-deposition coating, and forming a circuit layer.Therefore, since the first insulating layer is formed by anodizing and the second insulating layer is formed by electro-deposition coating, thermal conductivity is increased and thus radiation effect is improved.
