摘要： A blood processing apparatus including a blood supply unit, a centrifuge, a light irradiation unit, a filtering device, and a blood collection unit, which is characterized in that blood is introduced into the centrifuge and centrifuged, the centrifuged blood is passed through a transparent tube provided in the light irradiation unit while being irradiated with light applied, from the outside of the transparent tube, by a light irradiation device configured to include an infrared lamp with a wavelength of 830±5 nm, a red light-emitting diode (LED) lamp with a wavelength of 635±6 nm, a blue LED lamp with a wavelength of 420±5 nm, a green LED lamp with a wavelength of 530±5 nm, a yellow LED lamp with a wavelength of 585±5 nm, and ultraviolet (UV) lamps, and the blood irradiated with the light is filtered using the filtering device and collected in the blood collection unit.

The method of executing a reserved function in a mobile communication terminal includes: when a broadcasting function is executed, performing (1) extracting a time information from received broadcasting data, (2) calculating a time difference between a time of the extracted time information and a corresponding operating time of the mobile communication terminal, and (3) storing the calculated time difference as a time difference information; and if a reservation time for executing a specific function is set and when the operating time reaches the set reservation time based on the stored time difference information, executing the specific function.

Therefore, by optimally adjusting the frame size, the quantizer structure, and the bit assignment method in accordance with the characteristics of input speech, it is possible to improve the performance of the speech coding apparatus, and by adjusting the frame size in accordance with the speech codec type of a counter part, it is also possible to reduce the total end-to-end delay.
