    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying or constructing the sea bottom to a state suitable as an adhesion base for seaweeds.
      SOLUTION: The base material for the adhesion of seaweeds is supplied with oxygen and preferably further a silicon-containing material. The intake of oxygen from the root of seaweed is accelerated by the supply of oxygen to the base material to increase the growth of the root and enable the stable growth and reproduction of the seaweeds. The supply of the silicon-containing material increases the strength of the grown seaweed by the intake of silicon in the seaweed, activates photosynthesis to increase the supply of oxygen from the leaf to the root and further accelerates the growth of the root.
