摘要： Provided is a flow generation method for Internet traffic measurement. In the flow generation method, dependency between packet collecting time and flow generating time is removed using a virtual timer and a flow generation completion processing interval is controlled to skip by a unit time in response to a user's request. Also, a fragmented packet processing method is selectively used at need and a FIN timeout is applied selectively to a timeout mechanism used in flow generation completion. Thereby, this invention can improve accuracy and efficiency of Internet traffic measurement.

The invention includes steps of parking the quantities of powder in sight of the part bed heater to pre-heat the powder and flattening the powder wave before the pre-heating step to improve pre-heat efficiency. This method and apparatus can result in reduction of the mechanisms, size, cost, and increase productivity of a laser-sintering device.

When a DDR SDRAM is used as an external memory, MBs are rearranged and then stored to minimize memory access operations for the MBs at the DDR SDRAM and unnecessary additional word read operations caused by a DDR characteristic. Accordingly, the video decoding system can efficiently perform a memory access operation on MBs for video display and frame decoding by the video decoder. The method generally comprises forming one or more thermal transfer channels within the part-cake. The method can further comprise removing unfused powder from the ducts and introducing cooling media into the ducts. 摘要： A video encoding method, a video encoder, and a Personal Video Recorder (PVR) are disclosed. The PVR includes: a first video decoder for decoding an input MPEG-2 video signal, calculating reference picture information of the MPEG-2 video signal and a motion vector of a reference picture, and outputting the calculated result; a first video encoder for encoding the decoded MPEG-2 video signal into a H.264 video signal using the motion vector and the reference picture information generated from the first video decoder; and a storage unit for storing the H.264 video signal generated from the first video encoder. Therefore, the PVR can effectively transcode the MPEG-2 format image into the H.264 format image, can display a desired image or video signal without deterioration of an image quality, and can quickly transform a compression format of the image into another format.

By assigning a predetermined interval of a bit stream corresponding to a program as a thumbnail, the recording medium having the thumbnail thereon, that can be reproduced as moving pictures, can be obtained.
