    • The present invention provides a fuel cell vehicle, particularly a fuel cell vehicle equipped with a moisture remover that removes moisture from an air conditioner evaporator. The fuel cell vehicle includes: a fuel cell stack as a power supplier; an electric heater operated by power from the fuel cell stack; a blower fan for providing air to the electric heater; an air channel configured to supply the air passing through the electric heater to an air conditioner evaporator; and a controller for controlling the operations of the electric heater and the blower fan, whereby moisture is removed from the air conditioner evaporator by supplying air heated by the electric heater to the air conditioner evaporator. The fuel cell vehicle effectively removes moisture from an air conditioner evaporator, solves the problem of a bad smell in the related art, and further removes the oxygen and the stack voltage which remain in the cathode, such that it is possible to avoid cathode oxygen depletion of the related art.

    • Disclosed is a driving voltage controller of sense amplifiers for a memory device which prevents the sense amplifier from being over-driven when an external power voltage is used for an internal driving voltage of the sense amplifier. Reference voltage generator generates a reference voltage. Core voltage generator generates a core voltage to be used for driving voltage of sense amplifier. Comparator compares the core voltage generated by core voltage generator with the reference voltage generated by reference voltage generator. Clamp adjusts a level of the core voltage generated by the core voltage generator based on an output signal of comparator. In the case where an external power used for a driving voltage of the sense amplifier is excessively high, the comparator compares the external power voltage with the reference voltage. When the driving voltage of sense amplifier exceeds the reference voltage, the clamp drops the driving voltage of sense amplifier. Thus, the core voltage can be stably supplied.

    • The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor memory device. A charge recycling circuit is driven to raise a potential of a restore node and a sensing bar node to a given potential before a sensing operation is performed. After the sensing operation is performed, electric charges discharged from the restore node and from the sensing bar node are stored using the charge recycling circuit and can then be used when a next sensing operation is performed. Therefore, current consumed when the sensing operation is performed can be reduced and the power consumption can be thus reduced.
