    • A control circuit of a DC-DC converter is provided. A mode selection section selects an ACF or LLC mode. A soft start section generates a soft start signal in the ACF and LLC modes. A PWM comparison section compares a current detection signal with a feedback signal, a feedback reference signal and the soft start signal in the ACF mode, and generates a PWM signal based on a comparison result. A selection section selects the PWM signal of the PWM comparison section in the ACF mode. A clock generation section generates a clock signal having a fixed frequency in the ACF mode, and generates a clock signal having a frequency based on an operating current and the soft start signal in the LLC mode. A latch section maintains the PWM signal in response to the clock signal in the ACF mode and maintains the clock signal in the LLC mode.

    • Disclosed is a process for producing light olefins from hydrocarbon feedstock. The process is characterized in that a porous molecular sieve catalyst consisting of a product obtained by evaporating water from a raw material mixture comprising a molecular sieve with a framework of Si—OH—Al— groups, a water-insoluble metal salt, and a phosphate compound, is used to produce light olefins, particularly ethylene and propylene, from hydrocarbon, while maintaining excellent selectivity to light olefins. According to the process, by the use of a specific catalyst with hydrothermal stability, light olefins can be selectively produced in high yield with high selectivity from hydrocarbon feedstock, particularly full-range naphtha. In particular, the process can maintain higher cracking activity than the reaction temperature required in the prior thermal cracking process for the production of light olefins, and thus, can produce light olefins with high selectivity and conversion from hydrocarbon feedstock.

The back light device includes an inverter to supply an alternating current or a pulse, a plurality of fluorescent lamps to radiate visible light, a reflection member to reflect the light radiated from the fluorescent lamps, a diffusion member to diffuse the light, and a frame to house the above elements therein. An external electrode is provided at a first end of each of the fluorescent lamps, and an internal electrode is provided at a second end of each of the fluorescent lamps. An extension electrode is provided on an outer surface of the second end of each of the fluorescent lamps to be connected to an associated internal electrode. A holding terminal is provided at each of both ends of each fluorescent lamp to connect the external and extension electrodes to each other.     • The object of this invention is to provide a direct-type back light device, capable of maintaining uniform luminance, and reducing manufacturing costs and power consumption, in addition to being easy to assemble and to accomplish thinness. The back light device includes a frame, a diffusion member provided in an upper portion of the frame to diffuse light, a plurality of fluorescent lamps provided under the diffusion member to radiate the light, a reflection member provided under the plurality of fluorescent lamps to reflect the light radiated from the fluorescent lamps, a lamp holder to hold each of the plurality of fluorescent lamps, an inverter to turn on or off the plurality of fluorescent lamps, and a capacitive circuit element and an insulator provided on first and second ends of the fluorescent lamps, respectively, to connect the plurality of the fluorescent lamps to the inverter in parallel with each other. The capacitive circuit element includes along a first surface thereof a first common electrode to be connected to a first end of the inverter, and a plurality of independent electrodes along a second surface thereof to be connected to the first ends of the fluorescent lamps. The insulator has along a surface thereof a second common electrode to be connected to the second end of each of the fluorescent lamps and to a second end of the inverter.
