    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device and fluorescence observation method controlling a position of an object to be observed such as a cell and controlling a fluorescent record.SOLUTION: A microscope device 1 comprises: a stage 3 on which an object to be observed 2 is placed; an irradiation light source 4 for irradiating the object to be observed 2; an exciting light source 5 for exciting fluorescence F in the object to be observed 2; a lens barrel part 15 forming a light path for light T by the irradiation light, the exciting light 5A, and the fluorescence F; an image information detection part 16 detecting image information by the light T generated in the object to be observed 2; fluorescence image information detection part 17 detecting fluorescence image information by the fluorescence F; and a control part 20 determining a fluorescence observation area of the object to be observed 2 on the basis of a movement model of the object to be observed 2 and the image information of the object to be observed 2 input from the image information detection part 16, and acquiring the image information of the object to be observed 2 input from the image information detection part 16 and the fluorescence image information input from the fluorescence image information detection part 17 at a prescribed interval within the fluorescence observation area.
