摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high reliable lead drawing port in which electromagnetic force does not act even if one-turn current flows by providing vibration proof support fittings insulated so that a constant interval is set between a lead support rod and a port. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vibration proof support fittings 15 are provided at proper intervals halfway on a lead support rod 10 set in the center part of a measuring instrument lead drawing port 3, and a measuring element lead 8 and a lead support rod 10 is supported in a measuring instrument lead drawing port 3. The support fittings 15 is such that a plurality of insulators 16 such as rubber are laminated and held by a clamp 17. Contact with the insulators 16 and the drawing port 3 is increased and contact possibility of the support rod 10 and the drawing port 3 is decreased by laminating a plurality of the insulators 16. A one turn circuit is not electrically formed due to insulation even if the support rod 10 comes in contact with the inner wall of the drawing port 3 for some reason.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability on stress by forming the weld zone between a vacuum vessel and port to the size larger than the diameter of the port. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical seat 1a is formed integrally with the vacuum vessel 1 in the direction perpendicular to the outside in the upper part of the vacuum vessel 1. The wall thickness of the cylindrical seat 1a is equalized to the wall thickness of the port 5 and the inside diameter C thereof is determined larger. The faucet port 9 having the expanded part of the same inside diameter C at the bottom end is welded and fixed in abutment to the top end face of the cylindrical seat 1a. The expanded part is formed to the inside diameter C much larger than the inside diameter B of the base material part of the port. Since the Z part of the weld zone is thereby formed to the size larger than the diameter of the port, the part is provided with the torsional rigidity larger than the torsional rigidity of the base material part and the reliability on stress is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect an optical system equipments 2 from a molten metal powder of the first wall and to enable a cleaning work without removing instrumentation, by providing a cylinder to prevent flowing-in of an impurity into a lower port, making it protrude into a vacuum vessel from the upper end of the lower port. CONSTITUTION:The first wall 7 is fixed to an inner surface of a vacuum vessel 2 to protect the vessel 2 and also is subdivided into small parts to absorb a thermal stress derived from a radiation heating of a plasma 1. Therefore, a metal powder 8 of the first wall 7 melted by the plasma 1 reaches an opening of the lower port 4 via the inner surface of the vessel 2, from gaps in the first wall 7. In this occasion, in case that a cylinder 6 is fixed to the inner surface of the lower port 4, the metal powder of the first wall, dropping down along the inner surface of the vessel 2, is stopped by the cylinder 6 and does not fall into the lower port 4. Moreover, covering an upper end of the cylinder 6 with a lid when the inner surface of the vessel 2 is washed down makes it possible to wash the inner surface of the vessel 2 without removing an instrumentation from the lower port 4, and to prevent damage of the instrumentation by dropping dusts into the inside of the port during a rinsing work of a cleaner liquid.
