摘要： A backlight assembly includes a light source part, a light guide plate, a container, and a support member. The light source part has a light emitting surface to emit light, and the light guide plate has a light incident surface to guide light. The container includes a bottom portion and sidewalls to receive the light source part and the light guide plate. The support member pushes the light guide plate toward the bottom portion to more closely maintain the position of the light incident surface with respect to the light emitting surface. This helps to prevent misalignment between the light exist surface and the light incident surface, maintaining the quantity of light supplied to the light guide plate.

According to the present disclosure, in a shaft penetration scroll compressor in which an eccentric portion of the rotation shaft is overlapped with a orbiting wrap of the orbiting scroll in a radial direction, a back pressure chamber formed at a rear surface of the orbiting scroll may be eccentrically formed from the circular center around a discharge port to correspond to the eccentric discharge port, thereby effectively preventing tilting of the orbiting scroll due to the eccentricity of a gas force generated while the discharge port is eccentrically formed.

摘要： In various embodiments, the present disclosure describes fullerene derivatives that are capable of photocatalytically generating reactive oxygen species in the presence of ultraviolet and/or visible light. In some embodiments, the fullerene derivatives are aminofullerenes containing a plurality of amine-terminated moieties covalently bonded to the fullerene cage. The fullerene derivatives may optionally be covalently bonded to a substrate surface for use in photocatalytic disinfection systems for removing various contaminants including, for example, bacteria, viruses, protozoa and chemical pollutants. Methods using the present fullerene and aminofullerene derivatives in various purification processes are also described herein.

That is, in a shaft penetration scroll compressor in which an eccentric portion of the rotational shaft is overlapped with an orbiting wrap of the orbiting scroll in a radial direction, an oil hole that supplies oil inhaled through an oil passage of the rotational shaft to a thrust bearing surface of the orbiting scroll may be formed at the fixed scroll, and thus, the orbiting scroll may be supported by pressure of oil supplied to the thrust bearing surface through the oil hole to prevent tilting of the orbiting scroll due to eccentricity of a gas force, thereby enhancing reliability and performance of the compressor.

摘要： A scroll compressor may include a blocking portion provided in a fixed component thereof, and positioned adjacent to a discharge hole formed in an orbiting scroll of the compressor. The blocking portion may temporarily obscure the discharge hole upon initiation of a discharging operation, thereby preventing refrigerant discharged into a discharging space from flowing back into a compression chamber, without the use of a separate check valve. Such a blocking portion may prevent an increase in overall compressor noise due to noise typically generated by a check valve. Such a blocking portion may also prevent degradation in compressor reliability levels due to valve damage and increases in fabricating costs due to the addition of the valve.
