A lubricant member of the bush bearing can be adhered onto a housing or press-fitted therein so as to remarkably increase the thickness of the lubricant member, whereby the bush bearing can be more resistant to abrasion, and upon applying the same to the compressor, abrasion of a crank shaft or the bush bearing can be reduced.

摘要： A scroll compressor is provided that includes a hermetic container into and out of which a refrigerant flows, a driving device installed in the hermetic container to rotate a rotation axis, an orbiting scroll fixed to the rotation axis and rotated with the rotation axis, and a fixed scroll fixed to the hermetic container and engaged with the orbiting scroll to define a compression chamber, in which the refrigerant is compressed, by an interaction with the orbiting scroll. A discharge hole of the fixed scroll comprises a discharge inlet portion through which high pressure refrigerant flows in, a discharge outlet portion through which the high pressure refrigerant flows out, the discharge outlet portion being eccentric to the discharge inlet portion, and a bottleneck section through which the discharge inlet portion and the discharge outlet portion communicate with each other. The scroll compressor reduces pulsation noise of the refrigerant to improve noise performance.

摘要： A scroll compressor is provided, in which at least one bypass hole that bypass a portion of a refrigerant before the refrigerant is discharged through a discharge hole is formed at a position where a bypass section that bypasses the refrigerant through the at least one bypass hole overlaps a discharge section that discharges the refrigerant through the discharge hole. The at least one bypass hole is formed at a position where a wrap volume ratio (Vs/Vd), which is a ratio of a suction volume (Vs) with respect to a discharge volume (Vd) in a compression chamber, is within the range of about 1.8˜2.2. With this configuration, over-compression of refrigerant may be prevented in a low speed driving mode, and efficiency of the compressor may be enhanced in the low speed driving mode and under a low load condition.
