摘要： In a computer-implemented method of designing a nonvolatile memory device, first parameters associated with external environmental conditions are set. Second parameters associated with structural characteristics and internal environmental conditions are set. A first initial operation condition associated with an erase operation is determined based on the first and second parameters. A second initial operation condition associated with a program operation is determined based on the first and second parameters and the first initial operation condition. A final operation condition associated with reliability is determined based on the first and second parameters, and the first and second initial operation condition.

摘要： A unit pixel of a liquid crystal display panel includes a plurality of domains formed using a photoalignment process technology. The domains have different domain alignment vectors, and major axes of liquid crystal molecules on alignment layers are aligned in parallel to transmission axes of the liquid crystal display panel. In addition, the unit pixel has a pixel electrode including slits. The slits have a slit angle at which the slits cross alignments of the domains at a predetermined angle, and the slit angle is less than 45°. As a result, transmittance of the unit pixel may increase, ensuring high image quality.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a flexible display apparatus, and more particularly, to a flexible display apparatus including a display unit including a thin-film transistor which is easily encapsulated. The method of manufacturing a flexible display apparatus includes: sequentially forming a first plastic film and a first barrier layer on a first substrate; forming a thin-film transistor on the first barrier layer; forming on the thin-film transistor a display device that is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor; forming an encapsulation member including a second substrate, a second plastic film, and a second barrier layer, wherein the second substrate and the second film are sequentially stacked on the second barrier layer; combining the encapsulation member with the upper portion of the display device; ablating the first substrate from the first plastic film; and ablating the second substrate from the second plastic film.
