摘要： A nozzle insert (60), and/or an actuator nozzle structure, for use in dispensing a material to be dispensed from an aerosol (14) can. The nozzle insert or actuator nozzle structure divide the spray of dispensed material into two independent, simultaneously emitted aerosol streams, which have different attributes and may be emitted in different directions. One stream may be an upwardly directed fogger stream and the other stream may be a forwardly directed, aimable stream. This permits a user to direct, for example, an insecticide at a particular target, while simultaneously more generally fogging an area of interest.

摘要： An insect coil having an extended, burnable body. The body has multiple treated zones bearing a volatilizable insect control active ingredient at insect controlling levels separated by spacing zones bearing a level of insect control active ingredient lesser than that of the treated zones. When burned, the insect coil releases bursts spaced in time of the active ingredient in insect controlling quantities. Preferably the spacing zones are active ingredient free, and the first treated zone to be burned has an active ingredient level higher than the remaining treated zones. A method of controlling insects by use of the insect coil also is disclosed.

One or more table leg structures extend down from a table top to support a cavity in the table top a distance above a burner element. This results in more moderate and uniform heating, thereby permitting efficient release of the volatile material over a longer period of time. In some versions the table leg structures and table top are formed as separate pieces and designed to permit side-to-side ventilation under the volatile.

The insect control mat has a mat body (12) with indentations that define break lines (16) such that a user of the mat body can readily separate the mat body (12) along the break lines (16) into subsections. Preferably, the subsections are substantially similar to each other, with the mat body being rectangular and the subsections also being rectangular with a width less than the width of the mat body. Each subsection is treated with one or more insect control ingredients in an amount sufficient to acheive the desired level of insect control when the subsection is used by itself in a conventional mat heater. Methods of controlling insects are also disclosed wherein the mat body is separed into subsections that then are used individually, either one at a time over succeeding use periods or simultaneously in multiple conventional mat heaters.
