    • A hand-held spray device includes a housing adapted to receive an aerosol container in an interior thereof. An orifice is disposed in a top side of the housing. A leaf spring is disposed in the interior of the housing adjacent a bottom side thereof. The leaf spring is adapted to contact a bottom end of the container. A depressible portion is disposed within a recess of the housing between the top and bottom sides thereof. The depressible portion is connected to the housing by a living hinge and adapted to move between a non-actuated position and an actuated position by imparting forces substantially transverse to a longitudinal axis of the container to the depressible portion. Movement of the depressible portion from the non-actuated position to the actuated position causes the leaf spring to be depressed, the container to be lifted upwardly about its longitudinal axis, and a valve stem of the container to be depressed, thereby emitting a fluid through the orifice of the housing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make discernment of the time for replenishment to or replacement of a dispenser unit easy and to make the replenishment to or the replacement of the dispenser unit executable individually by a method wherein a structure is constructed so that an active dispenser unit and a passive dispenser unit can be housed optionally and an active dispersible material and a volatile dispersible material can be discharged individually. SOLUTION: A dispenser 1 is constructed of a shell 2, a base 5, and a dual- capacity replenishment unit 11, and the dual-capacity replenishment unit 11 is formed of a gel cartridge passive dispenser 30 comprising a spray container 12 and a gel reservoir 34. A chamfering device 9 for positioning the spray container 12, a restricting device 10 for preventing the replenishment unit 11 from being thrust too much and protuberant ribs 28 for positioning the gel cartridge 30 to the spray container 12 are provided at the shell 2. Thereby, a new dual-capacity replenishment unit 11 can be inserted whenever required simply into the shell 2 and the base assembly 5, or a different replenishment unit can be selected for replacement.
