    • A medical needle device includes: a shield (4) containing a substantially cylindrical unit (4a); a tube (3) and a first hub (2) movably inserted into an inner space of the shield in its axial direction and having an a rear end connected to the tube (3); a hard needle (1) fixed to a front end of the first hub; and a hub movement control member (14) detachably attached to the shield.     • The medical needle device of the present invention includes: a shield 4 including a substantially cylindrical portion 4a; a tube 13; a first hub 2 that is inserted into an inner bore of the shield movably in an axial direction, whose rear end is connected with the tube 3; a rigid needle 1 that is fixed to a front end portion of the first hub; and a hub movement controlling member 14 that is attached to the shield detachably, wherein the hub movement controlling member 14 includes: a stopper portion 14a that can be inserted from the rear end side of the shield into an inner bore of the shield exsertably, and has a front end that can be in contact with the first hub in a state of reaching a movement end on the front end side of the inner bore of the shield; and a holding portion that can maintain a state where a front end of the stopper portion 14a is in contact with the first hub 2 reaching the movement end on the front end side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous operations that may occur in a conventional indwelling needle device including a stopper as a member separate from an inner hub.SOLUTION: An outer unit 101 includes a shield 20 having an inner cavity, and a soft outer needle 30 fixed to a front end of the shield 20. An inner unit 102 includes an inner hub 40 partially arranged inside the inner cavity of the shield 20, a hard inner needle 50 fixed to a front end of the inner hub, and a tube 60 connected to the inner hub. The inner unit is displaced with respect to the outer unit from an initial position where the inner needle 50 passes through the outer needle and protrudes from a leading end of the outer needle 30, to a receding position where the inner needle 50 is stored inside the inner cavity of the shield 20. The inner hub 40 has an operation part 71 provided on the other side of the inner needle 50. When the inner unit 102 is arranged in the initial position, the operation part 71 is positioned outside the shield 20.
