摘要： PURPOSE:To make a feeder for feeding linkless ammunition to a machine gun small in size and of a simple mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A feeder is constructed of a cartridge 14, a lower ammunition feeding mechanism 17 and an upper ammunition feeding mechanism 18. The cartridge 14 can feed ammunition 16 to the lower ammunition feeding mechanism 17 by a conveyor chain 22 driven by a spring motor. The lower ammunition feeding mechanism 17 can feed the ammunition 16 to the upper ammunition feeding mechanism 18 by an elevator chain 27 driven by a spring motor 28. A chain wheel 26 of the elevator chain 27 is provided concentrically with a wrist pin line 11, and therefore delivery of the ammunition 16 is enabled irrespective of the movement of elevation of the upper ammunition feeding mechanism 18. The upper ammunition feeding mechanism 18 turns the ammunition 16 delivered thereto in a state of being parallel to the wrist pin line 11, so that it be parallel to a gun barrel 10, and sends it into a loading hole 19 of a machine gun.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the influence of the launching reaction force and to prevent the increase in the driving force of the cam drum. CONSTITUTION:A closure holding cam 9 is provided on a cam drum 5, a rock lever 10 is vertically rockably provided in a launching box 2 above the advanced position of a bolt 4, and the bolt 4 is locked at front and rear points after closing. After the bolt 4 is stopped at the advanced position, the cam 9 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the bolt 4 to be locked. Simultaneously, a locking cam 14 is brought into contact with an operating rod 12 to be raised to lift the rear end side of the lever 10. The front end side of the lever 10 is moved down to be engaged with a lock bearer 11 to lock the front upper side of the bolt 4. After a projectile is launched, the cam 9 is passed through the rear of the bolt 4 to unlock the rear surface of the bolt 4. Simultaneously, the cam 14 is separated from the rod 12, an unlocking cam 15 is brought into contact with an unlocking rod 13 to be raised to lift the front end side of the lever 10 to be detached from the bearer 11, thereby unlocking the front upper side of the bolt 4.

CONSTITUTION:Eight lock pawls 7 are provided at an equal interval on the outer periphery of the front part of a bolt 3, and eight lock cams 9 are provided at an equal interval on the inner periphery of the rear part of a cylinder tail ring 8 rotatably provided in a launching cylinder. Sixteen rotary cams 10 are provided at an equal interval of 1/2 between the cams 9 on the outer periphery of the rear part of the ring 8, and a rocking cam 11 and an unlocking cam 12 to be engaged with the cams 10 are provided at an interval of a predetermined angle beta on the outer periphery of the rear part of a cam drum 5. After the bolt 3 is stopped at its advanced position to close the cylinder, the cam 11 is engaged with the cam 10, the ring 8 is rotated at a predetermined angle alpha, the cams 9 are so moved as to be superposed with the rear of the pawls 7 to lock the bolt 3. After the cylinder launches, the cam 12 is engaged with the cam 10, the ring 8 is rotated at the angle alpha, and the cam 9 is moved from the rear of the pawl 7 to unlock the bolt 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with a complicated recoil double-seater and to obtain safety against a delayed fire by rotating a cam drum by utilizing acceleration always generated upon launching of an airframe. CONSTITUTION:When a projectile 24 in a launching cylinder 1 is fired in the state that a protrusion 10a is disposed in a cam drum 9 in the advancing and stopping area of a bolt 23, an airframe is launched, and a launching box 3 is effected by an acceleration to be retracted while the recoil impact force of a launcher is being absorbed by a recoil double-seater 25. In this case, a lock pin 10 applied by a predetermined mass is not almost retracted by an inertial force, and drawn from the long hole of the cam 9. Thus, an unlocking lever 12 is rotated at a pin 11 as a center, and the upper end of a lock member 18 protrudes into the rear side void space of the engaging part 10b. On the other hand, if the projectile 24 is not fired, the recoil of the box 3, etc., is not conducted. Thus a lock pin protrusion 10a remains engaged with the drum 9. Accordingly, since the cylinder 1 remains closed by the bolt 23, a disaster due to the delayed fire is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure reliability and safety and simplify the construction of a bolt by a method wherein a cum drum is provided with a first cum which drives a sear so that the stoppage of a firing pin is released when a bolt main body reaches the foremost position. CONSTITUTION:When a bolt assembly 3 reaches the foremost position, claws 15a of lock member 15 catch on shoulders 10a and 10b of a bolt main body 10 so that the bolt assembly 3 enters the closed state. When a cum drum 5 rotates further after the completion of closing of the bolt assembly 3, a first cum A connects to the sear 13 to push the sear 13 against the elastic force of a sear spring 14. Thereby, the connection between a stopper 13a of the sear 13 and a step 12a of a firing pin 12 is released and the firing pin 12 is moved forward by the elastic force of a firing pin spring 9 to fire the cartridge in the barrel 1. When the cum drum 5 rotates further, a second cum B separates from the lock members 15 after the first cum A comes off from the sear 13 to release the closed state of the bolt assembly 3.
