摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for accurately measuring the complex impedance locus of the skin with high time resolution. SOLUTION: The device for measuring the complex impedance locus of the skin is provided with an electronic control device 11; a D/A converter 12 mounted to the electronic control device 11; an attenuator 13 for changing Fourier series voltage generated from the D/A converter 12, into voltage corresponding to a requested current value; a voltage-current converter 14 for converting the voltage outputted from the attenuator 13, into a current; an electrode 2 for applying the current converted by the voltage-current converter 14, to the skin 1; and a differential amplifier 18 for inputting the voltage generated to the skin 1 by the current applied from the electrode 2. On the basis of output from the differential amplifier 18, the electronic control device 11 measures the complex impedance locus of the skin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin state feedback type bedsore preventive and therapeutic system which is capable of drastically reducing the burden of a nursing person, is simpler and more inexpensive and is extremely high in a preventive and therapeutic effect. SOLUTION: The skin state feedback type bedsore preventive and therapeutic system is provided with a pressure sensitive sensor 23 which detects the contact pressure of the skin of an area where the bedsore is liable to occur, a temperature sensitive sensor 22 which detects the body surface temperature of the skin 30 in the area where the bedsore is liable to occur, a surface electrode 21 which is pressed to the skin right above the nerves and muscles around the area where the bedsore is liable to occur and a microcomputer-controlled electric stimulation device 1 which captures the pressure information and temperature information from the pressure sensitive sensor 23 and the temperature sensitive sensor 22. The system described above outputs the stimulus waves to the surface electrode 21 in accordance with the set values of the pressure and temperature to induce the bedsore which are previously set in the electric stimulation device 1 and carries out the decompression and circulation impression with the muscle twitch by electric stimuli so as not to give rise to the increase of the skin pressure and the fall of the skin temperature to induce the bedsore.
