摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion onto a turbine of scale and to remove adhering scale advantageously by injecting water into a pipeline disposed from the pumping spot of a geothermal production well to the turbine for geothermal power generation. CONSTITUTION:A water injection facility Wi including a water injection tank 5(9) is installed at at least one position of a pipeline 2a(7b) between a geothermal production well 1(6) and a dust separator 3 (a steam header 4), and a proper quantity of water can be injected to the pipeline 2a, etc. Residual dust and mist are further removed by a main separator 10 in steam, pressure of which is kept constant by the steam header 4, and the steam is fed to a turbine 11 as steam from which no scale is generated. Accordingly, water is injected into the line 2a, etc., through which steam is flowed, that is, at a stage before introduction into the turbine 11, and superheated steam is changed into saturated steam and adhering scale is peeled, washed away and can be removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the confluence of high pressure and low pressure geothermal fluids without making the control of an eruption amount and the stop of a flutter by providing two valves to a line pipe of a protrusion well of the low pressure geothermal fluid, and providing a flow regulating valve to a branch pipe from between both valves. CONSTITUTION:A primary and secondary valves 3 and 4 or a production well 1 of a low pressure side are fully opened to close a flow regulating valve 5 of a by-pass line 4, and pressure is boosted while restricting the secondary valve 3 gradually. After that, the pressure is governed to the pressure lower than eruption pressure of the geothermal fluid erupting from a production well 11 of a higher pressure side, and it is mainly combined to a main pipe line 10m of the production well 11 into which a high pressure geothermal fluid flows. In case the flow of a low pressure geothermal fluid begins to drop, the flow regulating valve 5 is opened, branching a part of the low pressure geothermal fluid to the by-pass line 4 side, and the flow maintained. In addition, shaft entrance pressure is restored, and such an operation is repeated to combine the high pressure and low pressure geothermal fluids.

摘要： PURPOSE: To effectively utilize energy of geothermal fluid spouted from geother mal fluid production well high in pressure at its opening by supplying steam which is obtained through gas-liquid separation of a low pressure separator to a low pressure base turbine again for power generation. CONSTITUTION: Geothermal fluid of gas-liquid two phase condition spouted from a production well 1 is introduced into a high pressure separator 2 and a low pressure separator 5 through a transportation pipe. The fluid is separated into high pressure steam and hot water by the high pressure separator 2. The high pressure steam is introduced into a top turbine 3 for driving a power generator 4. Wet steam discharged from the top turbine 3 is joined by the hot water already separated by means of the high pressure separator 2, and introduced into the low pressure separator 5 for regeneration through the geothermal fluid transportation pipe. The steam is also separated from the hot water thereby. Afterward, the steam is introduced into a base turbine 7 for driving the power generator 8, and generating power. The hot water separated by the low pressure separator 5 is fed back to underground through an injection well.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a transport pipe from the deposition and adhesion of scale therein and a reducing well from the capacity degradation caused by the separated scale flowing therein by pumping water into a transport pipe for two-phase flow of air and liquid extending from a pit port of a geothermal production well to a separator in pumping water into the geothermal fluid. CONSTITUTION:The SiO2 concentration in hot water is adapted to have the conditions from supersaturated one to unsaturated one by pumping water in geothermal fluid gushed out of a production well 1 under the two-phase air liquid fluid condition to prevent a transport pipe from the deposition and adhesion of scale. When water is pumped in the air-liquid two-phase current 3, only the latent heat of steam is deprived and a hot water amount is somewhat increased by condensing the steam, while the temperature of the hot water is not lowered and the concentration of silica or the like is diluted so that the transport pipe can be effectively prevented from the deposition of the scale. Also, a portion of hot water mist and dust contained in the steam can be taken into the hot water side to effectively clean the steam by water pumping.
