摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the carrying, and at the same time, improve the operability to simplify the processing of a long refueling hose. SOLUTION: Between two columns 12, 13 being erected on an island 11, a metering machine case 14 housing a metering mechanism, is provided, and the the upper parts between the columns 12, 13 are covered with decorative plates 25 to form an upper case 15, and a retractor 16 is provided in the upper case 15. Then, a refueling pipe 17 which extends from the metering machine case 14, is introduced to the inside of the upper case 15 along the internal surface and/or the external surface of the column, and the middle of a refueling hose 18, which is connected to the end of the refueling pipe 17, is pulled up and urged by the retractor 16, and the refueling hose 18 is led out from a hole 29 being provided on a bottom plate 23 of the upper case 15. Then, a nozzle hanger 20 on which a refueling nozzle 19 being provided at the leading end of the refueling hose 18 is hung, is provided on the metering machine case 14.
