摘要： PURPOSE:To improve flexibility, radiation ray resistance, and a dielectric characteristic of a coaxial cable by foam-extrusion-coating silicone-denatured polyether imide on the outer periphery of an inner side conductor of a coaxial cable to make an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Silicone-denatured polyether imide is made by mutually condensing a disiloxane unit of 10-70mol% and an ether imide unit of 90-30%. An inert gas like nitrogen, helium, neon, and argon or hydrocarbon like propane and butane are typical as a foaming agent, and fluorinate carbon like CFC-11-14, 22, 23, 113, and 114 can be used. As an adding method, the foaming agent can be previously impregnated and dissolved into resin or injected into an extruder. A bubble diameter can be adjusted and uniformed by using boron nitride, silicon oxide, and alminum oxide, etc., as a forming nuclear agent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To diagnose the deterioration of an electric wire and cable nondestructively by applying a twist force to the electric wire and cable, detecting the reaction force at this time, and deciding the extent of the deterioration from the obtained torque value. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to diagnose the state of the degradation of a laid cable by a method wherein a sheath material on the laid cable is irradiated with light, elastic waves which are propagated in the sheath material are detected and a detected result is analyzed. SOLUTION: A sheath material 8 on a cable 1 is irradiated with single or intermittent light 2 at a short cycle, its heating operation and its cooling operation are repeated locally, and elastic waves 3 are generated so as to be propagated in the sheath material 8. The elastic waves are detected by a sensor 4, their waveform is amplified and shaped by a detecting device 6, and the waveform is analyzed by an analytical device 7. Since the elastic waves 3 are changed due to the state of the degradation of the sheath material 8, the state of the sheath material is known by the state, and the degradation of the cable 1 is diagnosed. The degradation of the cable 1 is compared with the initial characteristic of the elastic waves at the sheath material 8 before its degradation, and the degradation can be diagnosed. By this method, the state of the degradation of the cable 1 can be diagnosed nondestructively, and the method is useful for the maintenance and the inspection of the cable 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a cable whose heat resistant temperature is 250 deg.C or higher and radiation resistance is excellent by arranging an insulating cover prepared by irradiating a radiation having a specific condition to a resin composition whose main component is specific thermoplastic polyimide in the outer circumference of a conductor. CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic polyimide having a repeated unit represented by the formula as a base skeleton is extruded in the outer circumference of a conductor made of an annealed copper wire, a sliver plated annealed copper wire or the like for covering, a radiation of 5MGy or more is irradiated under a temperature of 60 deg.C or higher. Preferable heating temperature is 200-250 deg.C, irradiation in an inert gas atmosphere such as a nitrogen atmosphere is desirable for preventing oxidation deterioration of a material, and since the excess amount of radiation deteriorates physical property, irradiation by 100MGy or less of electron beams or 10MGy or less of rays is desirable. The glass transition point of an insulating cover obtained is shifted to a high temperature side, and the use at 250 deg.C or higher is made possible.

The composition is coated on the outer periphery of a conductor so as to constitute a cable, and a robot is constituted using the cable. The composition is molded into a predetermined shape so as to constitute a molding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dosimeter which is not degraded even when it is used for many hours at a high temperature and in a high radiation dose rate and which can measure a high integrated dose by a method wherein a colored aluminum oxide film is executed to the surface of an aluminum alloy sheetlike small piece and a change in the discoloration of the surface color of the film irradiated with a radiation is measured. SOLUTION: In this dosimeter 10 for a colored aluminum oxide film, an aluminum oxide film in a prescribed thickness by an anodizing operation is executed to the whole surface of an aluminum alloy plate. The surface of the dosimeter is made red by a dyestuff which is mixed with the film. In a measurement, an alanine dosimeter 30 is first placed in the same place as the dosimeter 10 in order to detect a radiation dose in its installation place, and a dose rate is calibrated by an electron spin method after it is irradiated for a set time, On the other hand, a change in the discoloration of the dosimeter 10 after it is irradiated with a radiation from a cobalt 60 source in an irradiation chamber 40 is measured in a time-series manner, and a relationship with an integrated dose is found as a graph. Thereby, the integrated dose at this time can be found with high accuracy on the basis of the hue value and the chroma value of the dosimeter 10.
