    • PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of insulating film of a superconducting coil conductor and to enhance the space factor of a superconducting wire by a method wherein a pair of flat ring-shaped metal plates, having a spiral-shaped coil-housing groove and a prescribed potential respectively and insulated with each other, are laminated. CONSTITUTION:Flat ring-shaped metal plates 1A to 1G, provided with the groove wherein a superconducting coil conductor 10 of a spiral double-pancake-wound coil 5 will be housed, are laminated through the intermediary of an insulating layer 23. One of a pair of plates 1A to 1G is maintained at the same potential as an external lead-out part through an outer circumferential side junction part 17, other part is maintained at the same potential as the inner circumferential side transition part 6, which is connected to a power supply part 22, through the transition part 6, and a metal plate laminated body 1 is fixed by a clamping bolt 30. Using the constitution wherein the potential of a pair of metal plates, with which each layer coil is pinched, is maintained at the prescribed value and potential difference is reduced to the value equal to the allotment voltage of each layer coil, the potential difference which is formed by the dielectric covering of the superconducting coil conductor can be reduced, the space factor of the superconducting wire can be enhanced by the reduction in thickness of the covering, and the magnetic flux density of a toroidal magnetic field can also be enhanced without increasing the size of the coil.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a process for producing sand molded goods which improves the uniformity of the resin characteristics and the characteristics of the sand molded goods and is stably adjustable the resin characteristics by oscillating resins and sand via an oscillator after vacuum impregnation of the sand with the resin. CONSTITUTION: An iron core 3 and coil 4 which are previously assembled are installed in a transformer case 1 and silica sand No.4-5 is charged therein. The amt. of the silica sand to be charged is confined down to the lower part of a high-pressure bushing 6. The case 1 contg. the silica sand is subjected to preheating and drying stages in a vacuum impregnation furnace and thereafter, an epoxy resin is poured therein. The epoxy resin is adequately subjected to flow rate control from the lower part of the tank 1 through a pipe and is risen to the upper part of the tank. Consequently, a resin layer made voidless is formed. Ultrasonic waves of, for example, 1.4kw are thereafter impressed on the resin layer via liquid 8 from the bottom and the side faces by using the oscillator 7. As a result, the molded resin layer subjected to closed packing is formed. The full-mold type transformer which is thermally and electrically stable is obtd. in such a manner.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the loading of mold resin and hereby ensure an outdoor aid transformer with light weight and with the low cost. CONSTITUTION:A wiring 2 wound on a winding core 20 is mounted on a casing side surface 10 being part of a metal casing 1, and an upper mold as a metal mold for covering the upper portion of the former members and a lower mold for covering the lower portion of the same are mounted to form a space for accomodating the wiring. Molding resin is injected into the space whereby the casing side surface 10 and the wiring 2 including a winding core 20 are integrally formed with the molding resin 4. After the upper and lower molds exclusively used for a metal mold are removed, an iron core 3 is inserted into the molded and integrally formed wiring 2 and casing side surface 10, and a casing lower part 12 and a casing upper part 11 being part of the casing 1 are mounted together with the casing side surface 3. Thereupon, a filler 5 is filled in a gap between an iron core 3 surface and other members at a proper timing to improve a cooling effect of the iron core 3. Further, conductive sheets 61, 62 are also molded upon the molding to prevent partial electric discharge from being produced across a gap between them and the casing.
