    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary implement for rail punch installment which enables easier, quicker, and safer replacement of a rail punch necessary for a longer rail, uniforms punch installment positions, and enables easily carrying out accurate rail creepage measurement without an error to ensure the reliability of rail creepage measurement. SOLUTION: A body case 1 is placed on a rail 31, and has a top face plate 2 in contact with the top face of the rail 31 and a side face plate 3 in contact with a side face of the rail 31. A fixing means 8 for fixing to the rail 31 is disposed on the top face plate 2, while measuring linear scales 4 and 5 are fixed to the top face plate 2 and/or the side face plate 3. A check window 17 is formed on the upper half of the side face plate 3, and a linear scale 6 for rail punch installment is attached detachably to the part where the check window 17 is formed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap measuring device for rail face correction capable of performing gap measurement under a rail to be executed for rail face correction, quickly and highly accurately without requiring much skill. SOLUTION: This device includes: a support plate 1 whose one half is a positioning fixing part 2, and whose other half is a unit installation part 3; and a digital measuring unit 4 installed on the unit installation part 3. The positioning fixing part 2 includes on at least two spots, contact parts 6, 7, 7a in contact with some of a base part, a belly part and a chin lower part of a rail 30, includes fixing means 9, 10 to the rail 30 on at least one spot out of the contact parts, and allows at least two spots of the contact parts to abut on at least two parts of the base part, the belly part and the chin lower part of the rail 30, to thereby position the digital measuring unit 4.
