摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the hydrogenation of olefins. The process comprises hydrogenation of a feed stock comprising more than 90 wt-% of olefins, carried out in a hydrogenation reactor comprising at least two reaction stages, wherein the feed stock is hydrogenated in the first reaction stage equipped with a cooling circuit and comprising a first and an optional second catalyst bed, and the effluent from the first reaction stage is hydrogenated in the final reaction stage comprising one or more catalyst beds and optionally equipped with a cooling circuit, the process is operated in trickling or pulse flow mode in a three phase reactor with a fixed catalyst bed and at least one catalyst of same or different type is used in each stage, the catalyst having different particle size and/or optionally different shape in at least two stages.

摘要： A method for dimerizing isobutene, wherein, in dimerizing conditions, the isobutene is brought into contact with a porous cation exchange resin comprising a styrene polymer, which is cross-linked with divinyl benzene, and any sulphonic acid groups adhering to the polymer. The harmful deactivation of this catalyst, which is caused by the accumulation of the oligomers and polymers of isobutene and other C4-olefins in the cation exchange resin catalyst, is essentially decreased by selecting the cation exchange resin from a group including cation exchange resins, the acid,capacity of which is 4.7 equivalents/kg at a minimum, and the portion of divinyl benzene units of which is 5% by weight at a minimum and smaller than 20% by weight.

摘要： A process for dimerizing olefins in the presence of a catalyst, a hydrocarbon feedstock containing C4 to C6 isoolefins is subjected to dimerization. The process comprises the steps of contacting the C4 to C6 isoolefins at conditions conducive to dimerization with a catalytic material comprising an acidic mesoporous molecular sieve, the catalytic material being thermally stable at a temperature of at least 900° C., and carrying out the contacting step essentially in the absence of butadiene and water in the feedstock. By means of the invention, the dimerization process can be operated over extended periods of time with prolonged maintenance intervals.

摘要： A process for oligomerizing olefinic, lower hydrocarbons. The process comprises the steps of feeding a fresh olefinic hydrocarbon feedstock to a reaction zone; contacting the olefinic hydrocarbons of the feedstock with an acidic catalyst in the reaction zone in order to dimerize at least a part of the olefinic hydrocarbons, withdrawing an effluent containing oligomerized olefins from the reaction zone; and conducting the effluent to a separation zone, wherein the oligomerization reaction product is separated from said effluent. According to the invention, the reaction is carried out in homogeneous phase comprising a solvent for olefinic hydrocarbons, maintained at supercritical conditions. By using supercritical carbon dioxide as a solvent deactivation rate of catalyst can be diminished. Carbon dioxide is easy to remove from the product mixture and spent reaction medium can be used for regeneration of the catalyst.

摘要： Process for producing gasoline components. The process comprises feeding a fresh olefinic hydrocarbon feedstock to a reaction zone, in which its structure is first isomerized. The isomerized hydrocarbon is drawn out of the first reaction zone and conducted to a second reaction zone, where the isomerized hydrocarbon is dimerized. The dimerized reaction product is drawn out of the second reaction zone and separated from the flow in a separation zone. Because there are more isoolefins present in the dimerization unit feed, more isoolefin dimers useful as fuel components can be produced.
