    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool suitable for recovering an accessory attached to an end of a nozzle, a method of closing the nozzle using the tool, a method of opening the nozzle, and a method of recovering the accessory. SOLUTION: The tool for recovering includes a nozzle chamber comprising a hermetic container capable of covering the end of the nozzle 2, and a sealing plug 10 having a first sealing plug body 11 with an outer periphery having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle 2, a second sealing plug body 12 with an outer periphery having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle 2, an elastic seal 13 sandwiched between the outer periphery of the first plug body 11 and the outer periphery of the second plug body 12, a driving shaft 14 bringing the elastic seal 13 into tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle 2 by rotating, and a check valve 15 provided on either the first plug body 11 or the second plug body 12 for making a gas flow free from the first plug body 11 to the second plug body 12 to prevent the gas from flowing in the reverse direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproofing method of a tank sole plate and its waterproof construction wherein waterproof function of the tank sole plate is improved.
      SOLUTION: The structure is equipped with a permeable tank base part 3 arranged from the ground 1 through a pile 2 and laying the tank sole plate 5 on the top surface 3a, a sealing wall 12 provided along the peripheral direction of the tank base part 3 so as to make the distance between piles 2, 2 each other the gas flow line contacting to the undersurface 3b of the tank base part 3, a introductory line 17 feeding dry gas into the gas flow line and a discharge line discharging the dry gas from the gas flow line. The moisture located on the top surface 3a of the tank base part 3 is penetrated into the inside of the tank base part 3 and dehydrated from the undersurface 3b of the tank base part 3 by feeding the dry gas and dehydrating the undersurface 3b of the tank base part 3.
