摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for detecting a leakage position using an AE when a fluid is leaked from a bottom plate.
SOLUTION: Oil 3 under storage is removed or discharged as gas from a gas discharge pipe 6 so as to lower a liquid level of the oil 3, at first. Then, a discharge amount from the discharge pipe 6 is increased to reduce internal pressure in a tank 1. The AE is monitored by respective AE sensors 7A, 7B, 7C, and the discharge of the gas from the discharge pipe 6 is stopped at the time point when the AE is not detected accompanied to the leakage. The gas is filled thereafter through the discharge pipe 6. The internal pressure is thereby increased again to start generation of the AE accompanied to the leakage, at the time point when reaching to a prescribed pressure. The start of the generation of the AE is monitored by the each AE sensor, and a generation position of the leakage is specified based on a difference in a generation start time of the AE.
