      SOLUTION: The oxygen producing apparatus 3 capable of producing high-purity oxygen by using a gas turbine engine 1 includes: an oxygen separation membrane unit 5 which is equipped with a first space 13 and a second space 15 separated by a solid electrolyte oxygen separation membrane 11 and which functions to introduce air compressed by a compressor 7 of the gas turbine engine 1 into the first space 13 and to separate oxygen present in the compressed air into the second space by using the solid electrolyte oxygen separation membrane 11; and an ejector 23 which can reduce pressure in the second space 15.

The pre-evaporation and pre-mixture pipe 14 forms an air film 5 which flows along the inner wall face thereof in the axial direction or in a reverse-turn direction.
