摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of vacuum leakage due to enlargement of diameter of a gate valve, to reduce deterioration of vacuum cleanliness, to reduce vibration when opening/closing the gate valve, and to shorten the opening/closing time.
SOLUTION: This gate valve is provided with a power transmitting mechanism 5 for transmitting driving force of a driving source 4 arranged outside a body 1 of equipment into the body 1 of equipment as rotating force of a rotary shaft 12, a force converting mechanism 6 for converting rotating force of the rotary shaft 12 to linear force, an opening/closing lever 7 connected to the power converting mechanism 6 and having projection parts 7a and 7b, a valve element support plate 9 positioned between the valve elements 10 and 11, and a direction regulating member 8 having guide grooves 8a and 8b, in which the projection parts 7a and 7b are to be fitted and which have curved parts P1 and P3 for moving the opening/closing lever 7 to change direction thereof and straight parts P2 and P4 for straightly moving the opening/closing lever 7.

SOLUTION: Instead of the conventional base plate heat treatment apparatus for heat treating a base plate, this base plate heat treatment apparatus includes: a base plate transport rack for vertically supporting a base plate; a heat treatment furnace provided with a heat treatment chamber having a storing space for arranging a plurality of base plate transport stands in the longitudinal direction and storing the same and a plurality of heating sources disposed in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction; and a base plate transport feed mechanism for feeding the base plate transport stand with the surface of the base plate parallel to the longitudinal direction in the longitudinal direction of the storing space. When the base plate transport stand feed mechanism feeds the base plate transport stand in the longitudinal direction of the storing space, the base plate supported by the base plate transport stand passes a gap between the two or more heating sources.

When the base plate transport stand is fixed to the specific position, the stored body inlet communicates with the duct outlet, and the outlet of the stored body communicates with the duct inlet.
