    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a nuclear accident disaster area is not provided with a material having a radiation shield performance and a radiation transmission containment performance for the purpose of preventing the damage arising from radiation transmitting footwear such as shoes in radiation exposure elements, and consequently, the situation still continues in which the radiation exposure is unable to be prevented and there is provided no composite material manufacturing technology for mixing a radiation shield performance and a radiation transmission containment performance surface material (fiber-based, sheet-like) of the present device into an insole inside footwear, the surface and backside of a footwear bottom body or a hollow or a footwear component material and for exhibiting an exposure containment function, and there is provided no manufacturing technology of the material which is inserted into a finishing material such as a wall paper and others used by exposure containment clothing and interior/exterior architectural materials, and there is provided no manufacturing technology of a temporary storage container material such as a radiation contaminated material and others and a transfer container material.SOLUTION: A spread of exposure health disasters is prevented: by neutralizing a mixture of lime-based material and borax or the mixture of lime-based material and borax added with boric acid and sodium silicate-based material; by using surface materials and others in which a radiation shield performance and a radiation transmission containment performance of the present device are made to act on cloth-based, fiber-based, metal-based, wood-based, and synthetic resin-based material; and by providing manufacturing technology of footwear, architectural materials, transfer containers, temporary storage containers, and clothing which prevent exposure health disasters.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundamental technology in which the radiation shield performance and a mass-law are referred to and compared by the present device, while mass, specific gravity, density, and radiation shield performance are not in a proportional relationship according to the convention performance assessment and opinion as shown in a document 2 and are not clarified by the mass-law.SOLUTION: An experimental verification capable of evaluating a radiation shield performance and a radiation transmission containment performance according to a mass-law is confirmed by defining a combination of a radiation shield material and a separator as a basic unit double-layer structure (refer to FIG. 1) and by laminating this basic unit double-layer structure. The fact that a result of the radiation shield performance confirmation test of a lamination test sample verified by Saitama University of the document 1 shows a fixed performance improvement inclination in the shield performance in proportion to the increase in the number of laminated layers as shown in a performance confirmation graph and applies to a mass-law principle is confirmed. The radiation shield material and radiation transmission containment material provide technical means capable of quantitatively and rationally designing and materializing a required performance by combining the materials confirmed in the radiation shield performance and the radiation transmission containment performance by the experiment report of Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute of the documents 3, 4 and the review report of the associate professor Mr. Yusuke Nakajima of the faculty of Architecture, Kogakuin University and a separator which is a key of the present device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that: a thin plywood is not commercialized yet because a liquid chemical agent cannot be injected into a 3-5 mm thin plywood material merely by application since a rotary sliced lauan hardy lets moisture through, wherein the thin plywood primarily uses an imported lauan material which is rotary-sliced to about 1 mm and laminated in three layers; and the thin plywood is hard to put into practical use because the thin plywood deviates in a drying step unlike a plywood of 12 mm or more thickness already in practical use, whose production process includes preparing a thick plywood and putting it into a pressurization container to subject it to decompression and pressurized injection to dry it.
      SOLUTION: There are many problems in commercializing a roller pressed thick wood since cracks generate in a pressing step despite existence of such a technology. A 1-1.5 mm thin wood run through a roller generates less cracks, and also a cell destruction can be performed uniformly since uniform pressing is possible without distortion. The cell destruction is enhanced by a slight speed difference between upper and lower rollers. In particular, the liquid chemical agent can be injected into a core part of domestic Japan cedar, which hardly lets moisture and air through, since the drying can be made easily by the cell destruction in moisture squeezing-out step and the decompression by heating can be achieved. Moreover, peeling prevention as the plywood is made since deviation and distortion hardly generate as a tension of wood varnishes. Thus, the thin plate run through the roller is suitable as a material for nonflammable plywood and functional plywood.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of taking excessive time in drying lumber because no vibration propagating method has been discovered that is capable of propagating vibration to the entire piece of lumber and most suitable for drying although a method by heating, vibration and decompression has been developed in lumber drying.
      SOLUTION: The present method of drying lumber is performed primarily by moving moisture in the direction of vessels of the lumber and removing it for drying. The method dries the lumber but is unable to remove the moisture evenly over the entire lumber pieces, which causes generation of numerous cracks inside and outside by temperature. As a means of evenly removing moisture of lumber, since internal pressure becomes higher during the heating of a piece of lumber with a small opening side tightly sealed, vibration and impact are imparted to the lumber piece directly from the small opening side through a lumber loading method that most effectively facilitates the propagation in the lumber. Consequently, a blasting phenomenon takes place in the internal cells, making the movement of the moisture possible in all directions in the lumber piece.

Further, a combination of heating, vibration, and high-hydraulic pressure injection also in the medicine injection after the cell destruction enables a commercial production of the functional wood in various types of many fields such as noncombustible wood, current-carrying wood, and preservative wood on an assembly line.
