摘要： The disclosure pertains to a method implemented in a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU) for multiple Transmission and Reception Points (TRPs) Power Headroom Reports (PHRs). The method includes sending capability information indicating that the WTRU is configured to support simultaneous multi-panel (SMP) transmission. The method additionally includes determining that a power headroom report (PHR) has been triggered, and receiving downlink control information (DCI) comprising uplink grant information, the DCI indicating a multi-panel mode of operation. The method further includes determining one or more PH values for the PHR, wherein the one or more PH values are determined based on at least the multi-panel mode of operation indicated in the DCI and whether the PHR was triggered based on an SMP PL determination. The method also includes sending the PHR comprising the one or more PH values.

摘要： Methods and devices are described for communication using proximity services (ProSe). An aggregate maximum bit rate parameter (AMBR) may limit a data rate that may be transmitted by one or more ProSe bearers. A wireless transmit-receive unit (WTRU) may request authorization from the network prior to establishing a ProSe bearer specifying a required quality of service (QoS) or other requirements. Each ProSe bearer may have a corresponding EPS bearer to support service continuity. Packets may be evaluated by a WTRU first using a ProSe check to determine if the packet is destined for a ProSe bearer and then using a packet filter or filters in order of precedence. Embodiments may include methods of initiation communication after discovery. Embodiments may include methods of maintaining session continuity when traffic is switched between an evolved packet system (EPS) bearer and a ProSe bearer.
