    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control method and system by an access device in a radio communication system including a plurality of reception devices.SOLUTION: An access device 420 communicates with a plurality of subscriber devices 450 which are reception devices, through a plurality of relay stations 440. When transmission data to the subscriber devices is received from a high-order device, the relay station 440 transmits it to the subscriber device 450, also generates an access reception indicator corresponding to the transmission data, and transmits it to the high-order device. When a subscriber reception indicator for first transmission data is not received, the access device 420 retransmits one or more portions of the transmission data to the subscriber device 450. When all second subscriber indicators for second transmission data are not received, the access device 420 retransmits one or more portions of the first transmission data to the subscriber device 450.
